The Document Management Division has introduced a Tech Support Help Desk. The Phillips Help Desk provides full first-line support and fault resolution. Calls which cannot be resolved by remote access will be immediately referered to a field technician.
With the Citrix online software package "GoTo Assist," we have the ability to share our customer's desktops, so we may fix networking or printing problems without having to send a technician on site. The Help Desk technician will also assist customers with other service-related issues so that we can improve your response times.
