To return an item:

Please contact us at 800-538-7500. Please have the following information ready:

  • Order Number
  • Item numbers of the products you wish to return
  • The quantity of items to return
  • The reason for the return

Return Policy

Phillips accepts returns up to 60 days from invoice date. Purchases over 30 days old may be subject to a restocking fee. Shortages and/or damages must be reported within 3 business days to receive replacement or credit.

Restocking fee
  • 0 — 30 Days From Invoice Date — No Restocking Fee
  • 30 —s 60 Days From Invoice Date — 15% Restocking Fee
  • 60+ Days From Invoice Date — 50% Restocking Fee
    • Product must be in resalable condition ** See Definition of Resalable
    • Special Order Merchandise — Special Order Product is not returnable except in the case of Phillips error.
    • Food Items — Not returnable except in the case of Phillips error.
    • Toner Products with Foil Seal Open are not returnable
Shortages
  • All Phillips deliveries with product shortages should be reported within 3 business days in order to correct the problem. Phillips will not be able to replace product shortages reported after the 3 business day timeframe.
Damages
  • All Phillips deliveries with product damages should be reported within 3 business days in order to correct the problem. Phillips can not be responsible for product once it is physically at our customer's premises and will not be able to replace damaged product reported after the 3 business day timeframe.
Defective
  • Electronic product which is under manufacturer's warranty must be returned directly to the manufacturer or his authorized agent. Phillips can provide this service on the customer's behalf should it be more convenient for the customer. If there is not a warranty issue involved, Phillips will accept the return and replace if applicable. Phillips will replace any defective electronic products if returned within 7 business days.
Furniture
  • Is considered custom product since it is typically assembled for customer to use therefore is not returnable unless defective.

Definition of Resalable

THE ITEM:
  • Must be clean and free of dents, scratches, holes, tears, cracks, stickers, labels, price tags, etc.
  • Should be unused.
  • All parts, hardware, instructions, warranty cards, etc., must be included.
  • Must be in its original packaging (carton, wrap, protection, or sleeve supplied by the manufacturer).
CARTON & PACKAGING:
  • Must be free of writing, such as “Sold To”, CM #, or “Return To”, etc.
  • Must be free of holes, cuts, tears, etc.
  • Must be free of excessive tape or odd tapes (i.e. duct or Christmas tape, etc.)
  • Furniture cartons must be opened properly as instructed on carton.
  • All internal packaging (i.e. bubble wrap, cardboard corners, tops and side strips) must be in place.
  • Ready to assemble furniture is not returnable if the manufacturer's carton has been opened.
