Hassle Free Returns Policy

On occasion we all make mistakes. So, we want to make correcting any errors an easy and simple process. We pride ourselves on a more than 99% accuracy rate. We are blessed with loyal customers who do their best to keep returns to a minimum as well. Every company has policies on returns and credits. We think our policy is both fair and liberal. We hope you agree.

When we make a mistake filling your order…

Notify our Support Team as soon as you discover the error and we will arrange for a return and full credit or replacement. This applies to any product that we sell.

When something is missing from your order..

Please let us know as quickly as possible but within five days. After that time we are unable to recover the cost of the product from our suppliers.

When you order the wrong item or you inadvertently order too much…

We will gladly correct the problem as long as you notify us within 30 days at no cost to you. If it takes longer than that to discover the error, we may have to assess a restocking fee if it does not come from our Middletown warehouse. Please call our Support team to try to resolve the problem. Our restocking fees are usually 10% because that is what we are charged beyond 30 days from our suppliers. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after 90 days.

Unfortunately, the following items are non-returnable unless we make the error…

Any item that is not re-sellable. If you wouldn't buy it then we can’t resell it. If it is damaged, has missing parts or instructions, is incomplete or in a torn or defaced package, we likely have no ability to recoup the cost. If we have any possibility of recovering any portion of the cost, we will do our best to pass that savings on to you. Furniture delivered without the original carton (set-up) or with the carton damaged or defaced. Furniture is considered a custom product because of the tremendous variety of choices in colors, finishes and other options.

Custom products of any kind for obvious reasons.

Food of any kind is not returnable. We cannot resell food even if it is in its original packaging. Electronics that are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. We will gladly help you process your request and facilitate your return directly to the manufacturer. In all cases, please fill out the warranty information upon receipt and inspection.

We have been in business for over 70 years because we understand that your complete satisfaction is our most important goal. We don’t exist without you! Contact your salesperson or assigned support representative and allow us to work towards a mutually agreeable resolution.
